Syed Mohammad
Managing Director
Chairman and Managing Director guiding the company’s vision in AI-led cloud services, Cyber Security, data analytics and advanced digital solutions. He held vast experience of working in the middle-east for 21 years majorly in Ministry of Posts, Telecom & Telegraph Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Later returned to India with a vision to bring the technology reachable to everyone. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he founded VOICEGATE TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT. LTD in 1998 with a clear objective: to help organizations use emerging technologies to drive consistent and sustainable growth.
He has played a central role in shaping India’s early telecom innovation landscape being an engineering graduate. In 1995, he introduced one of the first PC-based voicemail systems through L&T Telecom Group. He also partnered with the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh to streamline access to 10th and 10+2 examination results, offering a simple phone-based solution that transformed how students received their scores. His leadership has helped VoiceGate grow from a young technology venture into a company trusted by major industry players.
He has founded an entity named Tetramind Technology in Dubai to cater to the middle east market in customization of the solutions to suit the needs of companies across Information Technology, Healthcare, Banking, Hospital domains, overseeing global collaborations and operations.
Dr. K. Rajasekhar
Senior Vice President - R&D Technology
Over 36 years of professional experience, having served as Head of the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in several states, Director of the Centre for Data Governance, and Chairman of the National Project Advisory Committee of NIC, Government of India. He has led hundreds of e-Governance projects at both state and national levels and has received more than 50 prestigious national and international awards, including the Digital Transformation Leadership Award twice from CeBIT, Germany.
He holds two doctorates, in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity, from RAIN Computing, and is a Certified Lead Auditor for AI Management Systems (ISO/IEC 42001:2023). He has also undergone executive training at IIM Kolkata, IIM Indore, and the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Sejong, South Korea. He has guided and contributed to the successful execution of several innovative R&D initiatives across various universities and organizations.

Brings deep expertise in building reliable, scalable, and secure communication platforms, supporting enterprise customers across industries including BFSI, healthcare, and hospitality. Known for a systems-driven approach that aligns technology execution with business objectives.
Also plays a key role in driving innovation, strengthening engineering standards, and ensuring solutions deliver consistent performance, stability, and measurable business value.
